"Sponsoreds" Software PPC Optimization platform

Sponsoreds helps to launch, optimize and analyze your Amazon Advertising with AI-driven tools.
 
Problem: To update and optimize the navigation system by conducting research with users.

Challenges

• Maintain existed style of the platform;

• Work under tight deadlines and fast-paced processes;

• Redesign and improve the product to enhance usability and purpose clarity for end-users;

• To add new 6 functions by not overloading user with more buttons.

Process

• Conducted a comprehensive analysis of existing results, materials, user interviews, feedback, and documents to gain valuable insights;

• Worked on versions of simple and
understandable UX;

• Presented 4 versions of new functions implementation.

Result

• Discovered that all functions can be gathered in the same category as - Filters;

• Gathered all new functions in one dropdown filter button. That helped to not overload the existing navigation system with more buttons while giving the user all needed functions in one place.

• Resulting in a 20% reduction in manual tasks and saving the team 5+ hours per week.
